So long as the roommate qualifies by themselves we can do a lease assignment.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?

Provide us at least 30 days notice before the end of your lease.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

We’re generally responsible for repairs & maintenance requests barring any chargebacks due to negligence.
